Weapons, Armour, and Items

A small and quick update where I split the generate item button into three and each generating a specific thing so you have a bit more control in what you are looking for. Options are now divided between weapons, armour, and items, though the modifiers remain to be completely random. Also added a lot more modifiers into the mix for even more fun results.
